  • UK's largest association of independent travel agents, Advantage, handed over their annual travel awards for "Best Hotel Chain " to the Rezidor Hotel Group.
  • Wolfgang Nitschke of The Regent Berlin, was awarded as "Best General Manager 2007" at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards (WHA) held in Paris in November 2007. The reward crowns Nitschke's unparalleled career in hospitality business starting 50 years ago.
